ORDERS AND SHIPPING

Can I change an order after it’s been placed?

Unfortunately there isn’t a way for you to change your order after it’s placed. However, if you send us an email letting us know what you’d like to change before your order has been fulfilled, we’ll do our best to help you out. If we aren’t able to change it before it ships, we’ll let you know what your best options are.

How can I cancel my order?

If you’d like to cancel an order before it’s been fulfilled, please let us know by sending us an email at support@amarabeauty.com. Once your order has shipped, there’s no way to cancel it, but you can still email us to see what your options are.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We offer two shipping options: standard and expedited. Standard shipping takes 4-5 business days, and expedited shipping takes 1-3 business days depending on when you place your order. Orders ship via USPS from Phoenix, Az.

How do I track my package?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. If you have any issues tracking your package, please email us at support@amarabeauty.com so we can help you out.

Can I place an order by phone?

No, unfortunately we aren’t set up to take orders by phone.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately we don't offer international shipping. However, you can look into package forwarding companies that will forward your packages internationally.

What are my payment options?

You can pay with a credit card or PayPal. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

SUBSCRIBE & SAVE ORDERS

Can I apply a discount to a Subscribe & Save order?

No, Subscribe & Save orders are already discounted, so additional coupons cannot be applied. However, if you have a discount you’d like to use, please contact us at support@amarabeauty.com to find out what options you have.

Do I need an account to sign up for a Subscribe & Save order?

No, you can set up a Subscribe & Save order without creating an account.

How do I edit my Subscribe & Save order?

If you have an account, you can access your Subscribe & Save order through the "Manage Subscriptions" option on your Account Details page. If you don’t have an account, you can access your Subscribe & Save order by clicking on the link provided in any of the emails you receive with information about your subscription. If you have any problems editing your order, please email us at support@amarabeauty.com with the changes you’d like to make and we’d be happy to edit it for you.

DISCOUNTS

Where do I enter a coupon code?

Once you've added your items to your cart, you should click the checkout button and go to the Customer Information page. There's a box on the right hand side that says "Discount." Once you add the coupon and click "Apply," the discount should be applied to your order. Please contact us at support@amarabeauty.com if you have any problems redeeming a coupon.

PROBLEMS WITH AN ORDER

If I have a problem with one of the products I received, what do I do?

Please email us at support@amarabeauty.com to let us know and we can either send you a free replacement or give you a refund without requiring you to return your bottle.

How do I get a refund if I’m not happy with the product?

Please email us at support@amarabeauty.com if you’d like to request a refund.

Can I exchange a product if I want to try something else instead?

We don’t accept returns, so unfortunately we aren’t able to exchange items. However, if you aren’t happy with your purchase and would like to try something else, please just let us know and we can send you a different product for free without requiring you to return yours.

PRODUCTS

What is the shelf life of your products?

Once opened, our products will last up to 1 year if stored properly. This is indicated by the 12 M icon on the bottom of our product label. It’s best to store the products in a cool, dry place to maximize their shelf life.

Do your products contain gluten?

All of our products are gluten free, but the Retinol Serum contains wheat germ oil, which may contain residual amounts of gluten.

Are your products scented?

Our products don’t contain any added fragrances, so any scent is due to the natural ingredients used.

Where are your products made?

Our products are made in the USA.

Do you ever test on animals?

No, we never test our products on animals.

Are your products vegan?

All of our products are vegan except for the Retinol Serum and Retinol Cream which contain propolis (a resin found in beehives), and our Vitamin C Cream which contains beeswax.

Is it safe to use your products while pregnant or breastfeeding?

It’s always best to check with your doctor to find out if any new product is safe for you to use while pregnant or breastfeeding.

Is it safe to use all of your products together?

Yes, it’s safe to use all of our products together.

WHOLESALE AND BULK ORDERS

Can I order your products for wholesale or get a bulk discount?

Unfortunately we don’t offer our products for wholesale. For small bulk order inquiries, please contact us at support@amarabeauty.com.
